Born in Miami, raised in California, and lived in Taiwan for two years.
Now, I’m based in Brooklyn, New York. 🗽
I’m super grateful for the two amazing years I spent in Taiwan, during which I went from having absolutely no clue about Chinese to actually speaking it fluently.
I seriously couldn’t have done it without my amazing parents, who have helped me appreciate the language and culture since I was little.
You can say I’m a cultural chameleon!
After taking several solo trips to different countries and reflecting on ways I could make a positive impact, I’ve gained priceless insights from both the world around me and my own experiences, which led to the creation of EVERLASTYING.

Ever since I can remember, I've always dreamed of starting my own business. But let’s be honest — fear can be a tough obstacle to overcome.
In 2023, after an unexpected turn of events at my previous job, I finally decided it was time to leap of faith into the unknown!
So, drumroll please...
I’m excited to introduce you to EVERLASTYING!
This name reflects my passion for preserving memories. While not everything lasts forever, the experiences we create can be cherished for a lifetime.
And yes, that "YING" in EVERLASTYING? It’s inspired by my Chinese name, 瑩, which means "authentic." I’m committed to keeping it real as I share breathtaking destinations and help you craft unforgettable moments!
At EVERLASTYING, my mission is to showcase the incredible beauty of Taiwan — a hidden gem of a country that truly deserves the spotlight! By supporting local businesses and eateries, I aim to immerse you in this amazing place's rich culture and history.
Now that I'm based in New York, I’m also excited to highlight unique Asian businesses in the city because uplifting the Asian community is very important to me.
As I gradually travel to new destinations, I’ll be adding those experiences to EVERLASTYING. However, the main focus will always remain on the beauty of Taiwan, obviously!
