A Taste of Puerto Rico

I noticed online that Susie's menu is described as Puerto Rican-Asian fusion. Interesting, right? Well, when we got there, the menu leaned more towards classic Puerto Rican cuisine with some creative twists. What are your thoughts? Susie's also caters to vegetarians and vegans, although these options aren't listed directly on the menu. Just ask your server, and they'll be happy to help.

Overall, the food was good with generous portions. The service was friendly, but a bit inattentive at times — which I guess is just an island vibe. The price point is definitely on the higher side, but considering the portion sizes, it's somewhat understandable.
