Jeans Jeans Jeans: find your new pair of jeans in Montréal
Jeans Jeans Jeans is literally jean heaven. If you're a fan of denim, you'll love Jeans Jeans Jeans in Montreal. This small business offers a variety of brands, including raw denim, along with outerwear, tops, and other pants options.
Gabriel and I went on a quest to find the perfect pair of raw denim jeans for him. Raw denim, for those unfamiliar, is denim that has not been washed or treated and is ready for sale after being cut and sewn. In contrast to regular jeans, which require frequent washing and distressing, raw denim is a pure color that only needs to be washed every 2 to 6 months as the fades naturally develop over time with wear. This type of denim is more sustainable as it requires less washing compared to regular jeans, which can consume significant amounts of water in the production process. Although washing raw denim may release a blue dye that can have an environmental impact, it still uses less water overall.

When we arrived at Jeans Jeans Jeans, we were a bit overwhelmed with the amount of jeans that were displayed but thankfully we were greeted by the co-owner, who was extremely helpful in finding the perfect pair of raw denim jeans for Gabriel. He explained and displayed the different brands and ounces of raw denim available: 11 oz, softer and thinner denim, to 24 oz, thicker and stiffer denim. Gabriel grabbed a few and tried on multiple fits, and decided on two pairs of 11 oz and 12.5 oz denim, that fit him perfectly.
While Gabriel was trying on the jeans, I decided to take advantage of the snow and purchase some black cargo pants. The staff was incredibly friendly and even had a doggo roaming the store
If you're looking for new denim or just want to learn more about raw denim, Jeans Jeans Jeans is a must-visit. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and truly passionate about their product. Jeans Jeans Jeans also offers hemming services in-store, which is a convenient option for those looking to hem their jeans. Unfortunately, I didn’t take pictures of the store but they have a virtual tour of the shop on their site, so you can see what you're in for before visiting.
