August โ24
Hey! Welcome to my August recap. This month was filled with gratifying moments, personal growth, and a touch of chaos.

grateful moments
Catching up with friends
Iโve been so busy the past couple of months because of our hectic moving process, I havenโt gotten the chance to catch up with any of my friends.
This month Iโm so grateful that Iโve caught up with the people who I cared about. It was nice to reconnect with old friends and catch up on life.
Home sweet home
Our balcony is finally complete! We've created a cozy outdoor space to relax and enjoy the fresh air.
Weโve hung the last two artworks that was chilling on the ground, organized our home to set everything in place, and we finally got our couch today! Weโre finally feeling more at home. ๐ฅน
Babysitting Chowder
Babysitting Chowder, our friend Brianโs adorable kitten, was such a fun experience.
Even though Treasure got a little jealous, Iโm still grateful that we got to spend time with Chowder.
Treasure
Iโm grateful for my old man, Treasure. He's 14 years old and still brings so much joy to my life.
I love my son! ๐ฅน

challenges
Learning to listen
I've been working on improving my listening skills, especially when I'm feeling upset. It's a challenge, but itโs also a work in progress.

goals for September
Prioritize self care
I'm focusing on my mental health and well-being. I'm working on challenging my negative thoughts, setting boundaries for myself and others, and practicing self-love.
Focus on myself
I'm going to stop caring about what others think and focus on my goals, career, and personal growth.
