If you’re looking for a luxurious escape that redefines relaxation, let me introduce you to TIA Wellness Resort in Da Nang, Vietnam — a relaxing retreat where wellness meets luxury.
To celebrate our three-year anniversary, my partner booked the One Bedroom Pool Villa, and we immediately fell in love with our stay once we set foot there. It was just an experience worth sharing.
about TIA Wellness Resort
A legacy of wellness and empowerment
TIA Wellness Resort, formerly known as Fusion Maia Da Nang, was founded by Thân Thục Quyên, a visionary entrepreneur who transformed the wellness hospitality scene in Vietnam.
Inspired by her family’s hotel business but determined to pave her own path, she worked tirelessly to bring her vision to life.
TIA stands out for its spa-inclusive concept, offering guests daily treatments, wellness activities, and healthy cuisine — all designed to rejuvenate the mind, body, and soul.
What makes TIA unique?
TIA’s commitment to wellness goes beyond luxury. It’s one of the few resorts where women hold prominent leadership roles, and a portion of its profits supports “She Will Be Strong,” a program empowering women in Vietnam.
TIA is a luxurious resort for those seeking a lavish getaway, making it a standout choice for wellness retreats in Southeast Asia.

TIA Wellness Resort is just a 15-minute drive from Da Nang International Airport, making it incredibly convenient for travelers who are just getting out of the airport and want to relax right away.
GRAB
Download the app and book a ride as soon as you land.
A driver will greet you at the airport and take you to your determined destination in an air-conditioned car. Make sure to book this in advance so you don’t have to worry too much when getting out of the airport!
SHUTTLE PICK-UP
We initially weren’t aware of this, but TIA Wellness Resort offers convenient pick-up options for an additional fee. They also provide drop-off services, which we used for our trip to Da Nang International Airport when we were heading to Saigon.

checking in
Checking in at TIA Wellness is seamless. You’ll need your passport or ID if you’re a local.
While my partner handled the paperwork, I enjoyed a cup of herbal tea crafted from fresh, locally grown ingredients by the head chef! What a thoughtful touch to set the tone for our stay!

One Bedroom Pool Villa overview
Our One Bedroom Pool Villa was like a tropical dream come true — chic, private, and incredibly cozy.
Here are some features that you’ll love:
𓂃 ོ𓂃
wellness and spa experience
Wellness is the main priority at TIA Wellness Resort.
The resort offers several wellness packages tailored to your needs, including:
WELLNESS INCLUSIVE
Daily spa treatments, yoga classes, and plant-based meals.
RETREAT INCLUSIVE
Extended wellness therapies, creative workshops, and private consultations.
My favorite experience
Getting a daily massage was definitely my favorite part!
You can easily schedule and book a massage by calling the front desk or in person. They’ll inform you of available times and help you choose a massage that lasts 80 minutes or less. If you select a longer massage, an additional fee applies.
They make sure you receive the full 80 minutes, which is perfect for relieving stress and tension.
After your massage, you’ll receive a wellness affirmation card and a special tea prepared by TIA Wellness.
You can enjoy your tea in a quiet space or skip it and head back to your room — it’s completely up to you!

boutique shop
Located in the Wellness Spa area, the boutique shop allows you to purchase items and charge them to your room card for later checkout.
During my visit, I wasn’t fully prepared for my period, thinking I’d find 711 convenience stores like in Taiwan — unfortunately, we didn’t. I was relieved to find tampons available at the boutique.
You’ll discover a variety of cute items like affirmation cards, yoga mats, dresses, shirts, bracelets, candles, incense, sunscreen, and body lotion. If you love the slippers provided during your stay, you can buy them here, too!
Take a look around — you might find something you love!

infinity pool and beach
One of my favorite experiences at TIA Wellness Resort was swimming in the infinity pool. The breathtaking view of the ocean, combined with the peaceful atmosphere, made it incredibly relaxing.
We also got to enjoy the beachfront. I sat in the lounge chairs while Gabriel loved running straight into the waves at the nearby beach. Afterward, we both enjoyed lounging on the beach chairs, drying off the water, and sipping refreshing cocktails that we had ordered from the resort’s service.

dining at TIA
TIA’s dining revolves around light, healthy, and nourishing meals to promote vitality.
Also, did I mention breakfast is available 24/7, perfect for breakfast lovers (like me!)
There are three dining options available
My personal favorite
We tried the room service on our first night there since we got to the hotel pretty late from a late flight — the food was surprisingly healthy.
The next day, after visiting Marble Mountains, we relaxed by the pool at our villa and ordered the Floating Tray, which was filled with healthy snacks.
My favorite dining option was the à la carte menu, even though we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which featured delicious yogurts, juicy fruits like passionfruit and dragonfruit, and tasty mini bánh mìs.
I recommend grabbing just the basics from the buffet to really save room for your meal.
For an additional $50 for both of us over two days, we devoured our à la carte orders.
I loved the Superfood Smoothie Bowl on the first day, while my partner enjoyed the delicious Banana Chocolate Pancakes. On the second day, I chose the savory Sesame Salmon with crispy skin (YUM!), and my partner had the Deluxe Toast Hawaii.
Breakfast was definitely a highlight for us! Or at least, me! 🤭

final thoughts
I loved our stay at TIA Wellness.
The resort features a contemporary, symmetrical design, excellent service, and a fantastic spa. Although we were there for just two days, I realized that staying for at least four days would be ideal to fully experience it.
TIA Wellness is the perfect retreat for those who need to decompress, practice yoga, and find themselves in Southeast Asia.
The wellness activities, including yoga and breathwork classes, create a spiritual atmosphere. The resort feels empowering, especially for women, which is evident from the vibrant environment when you walk around it.
The food at the resort is deliciously healthy, providing energizing sustenance throughout the day.
I’m even considering returning for a women’s retreat with my mom’s side of the family — a girls’ trip to relax, practice yoga, engage in breathwork, and feel empowered!
