Did you know that boba was created in Taiwan? (I bet you didn’t know that! 😉)
Having lived in Taiwan for two years, I can say it’s a unique destination with countless things to do and see. Beyond the bustling cities like Taipei, Taichung, and Kaohsiung, Taiwan has much to offer.
You can fall in love with the delicious street food and immerse yourself in the local culture, and if you want to enjoy nature, you can drive to the mountains for some peace and tranquility. If you appreciate coastal views, the scenery of the ocean is truly breathtaking.
There is so much to explore in Taiwan from the East Coast to the West Coast. I feel there is still a wealth of culture to discover, and I continue to uncover more during my visits back every year!

Vietnam
Vietnam is a breathtaking gem in Southeast Asia, filled with rich culture, deep history, and stunning landscapes. From the busy streets of Hanoi and Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City) to the peaceful rice terraces of Sapa, every corner of the country offers something unique.
Picture yourself weaving through busy streets filled with motorbikes and cars that flow like schools of fish, trying delicious Vietnamese street food like Bánh xèo, sipping on the iconic Vietnamese egg coffee, and exploring ancient temples and colonial landmarks.
Whether cruising through the stunning limestone karsts of Ha Long Bay, relaxing on the pristine beaches of Da Nang, or diving into vibrant markets and street food stalls, Vietnam is truly a spectacle.

Norway
Oh Norway, where do I even begin? This beautiful country has a unique way of capturing your heart and leaving you wanting more.
Although I didn't have the chance to explore the famous capital, Oslo, my partner took me to some amazing destinations like Trondheim, Bodø, Lofoten, and Reine.
These places allowed me to truly appreciate Norway's beauty and immerse myself in its stunning landscapes. I even had the opportunity to fly my drone for the first time there!
From the vast wilderness to the breathtaking hiking trails, Norway never fails to take your breath away and leave you in awe.
It’s a destination I can’t wait to return to, and I highly recommend adding it to your travel bucket list!

When I went to Lyon, Montpellier, and Carcassonne, I was amazed by the beauty and allure of the southern region. It's a lovely getaway from the busy city, with charming towns, delicious food, and fascinating history.
